I'm looking into buying a Fi BL 18 but I am wondering how much the woofer sticks out from the baffle (Like if the woofer was mounted to the box, how high does the woofer protrude out from the box). I need if possible the exact measurement.

1 1/4 inches, this includes the rubber cone surroundings.

if you are trying to see if you have enough room, make sure you account for woofer excursion as well (18mm for the BL)
