I got a 270xp series alt for a 1997 I6 4.0L jeep wrangler a few months ago.

I wanted to know what other vehicles and years it would fit on?

I'm looking to get a new car and likely better off selling the alt and buying a new one then sending it in for a new case.

Car is still undecided, likely scion tc or volvo v70

I'm pretty set on the Volvo :) it has tons of space! Gonna be awesome. I just had argent build me a new box for the jeep, I wonder if it'll fit in Volvo :P
