June 16, 201114 yr Author I know its an old post, but with regards to low inductance 18s, it doesn't get much better than Aura's NRT subwoofers:The 15"s were used in Magico's Ultimate II home speakers that sold for several hundred thousand dollars: I hear about those subs quite a bit, I am a HT subwoofer guy... those fit my bill I started this thread when i wasn't getting the high end I expected, but I found out that was because 1 amp was blown... replaced the amp, my highs are back as well as insane massive lows too Now the port actually works, blowing air like mad and trying to rip my doors off

June 18, 201114 yr Author LMS Ultra. Check out npdang's review at diyma.I have 4 IB3s in the HT and 4 IB3s in the van (ok, not anymore, airspace was 1/2ed and tuning almpst doubled so now I have 1803s) I only spent $1760 for 8 IB3 18's shipped... $199/ea plus $20 shipping each. 8 LMS ULTRA 5400s at $900 plus $100 shipping would be $8000.If I could get 8 ULTRA 5400s for 2K I'd be running them for sure
