To nick or anyone else with the fi team. my invoice number is

Invoice number: I-16248/00

I have been trying the last few days to change my order from a 18" bl to a 18" btl. Someone said they were gonna call me monday to help and they never did. Now today i got a ups shipping notice for the bl. i cant get anyone to respond to any of the emails ive been sending as of late. All i need is someone to help me change this or give me a refund. Please

Dont worry, the shipping invoice is always sent to the customer before the woofer is actually built.
