Someone said they were gonna call me monday to help and they never did. Now today i got a ups shipping notice for the bl. i cant get anyone to respond to any of the emails ive been sending as of late. All i need is someone to help me change this or give me a refund. Please

PleaseDont worry, the shipping invoice is always sent to the customer before the woofer is actually built.
April 27, 201114 yr Relax man..we do not have any 18" baskets anyhow...we can't build it for at least 2 weeks..already pulled the order and have it sat aside, just have not had a chance to call you.
