Sub vvx 12" skar. I want it to be loud. What kind of box should I make and how should I make it if ported is the best way I will be tune to 32 hz. In a single cab silverado

well knowing your going ported im assuming your not putting this behind the seat, i have a friend on here we built his box for a 2004 silverado single cab his name on here is xlogan225x go check out his pictures, he has a center console box for a FI ssd 12. the dimensions are 13x16x36deep. after port and displacement of sub-woofer it gave him 1.8 cubs. You will have to remove the whole center console. The passenger seat wil also need to be removed to install the box and then put the seat back after. assuming you have a near close model truck to him 99-06 model single cab those dimensions are perfect it fits tight and the height is perfect to still put you arm on. If you needed more than 1.8 cubs the only way is to build the box higher. i would give you the port dimensions for his is tuned to 32hz but i forgot them, just use a box calculator. Check out his pictures and measure your truck just to make 100% sure it will fit then calculate the port using a program and your on your way.
