if i recall the old JBL 1200 was called the sub killer because it didn't have a ssf lol

so yea if you set it too low, subs will burn in hell lol

    I hope it's not set too low, but everything appears to be in good working order. And I didn't run the tone at max volume, i chose 14 for some reason.

    I do it at the highest volume I listen to so that if I do go up that high, I don't have to worry about bottoming out ever.
