Posted May 17, 201114 yr i have 2 SA-8s in a 1.2cu ft enclosure tuned to 35hz. the guy that built me the box did really good work but the only thing he did i didnt like was only put one terminal on the box and i was thinking of inverting the subs so i could wire the subs better. any cons to inverting these subs in a box with these specs? thanks.
May 17, 201114 yr You can wire the subs on the sub's terminals and then to the terminals on the box or wire them on the box and then to the amp. But no, not really a con to invert mount. You can get a tiny bit more usable volume inside the box that way so your tuning may be a TAD bit lower.
