any one know whats going on with them? i have tried emailing, calling and leaving a message and haven't gotten a response back. i ordered my alt over 2 months ago and was told it was going to ship over a month ago by robbie and still no alt. i have tried every way of contacting them trying to figure out a status but haven't got a response. at the beginning of this purchase i had great communication with them and now it seems theyve dropped off the map.

and my first attempt of contacting them april 30th and i have tried contacting them through out the past 2 1/2 weeks as well. i think i have been more than patient. now i don't want to hear remember theres a time difference. have lived over seas for 2+ yrs now i know about the time difference, i adjust my calls to them. and time differences don'teffect emails.

good luck, saw your post on SMD.... it does get busy for DC Power but they do their best to hash up and get things done... From what we've seen, they aren't perfect... hopefully some good news will come of this...

To my knowledge it was long gone, but after just looking it up I see what the hang up was. We tried to ship it FedEx smart post and had problems getting their system to accept the shipment so it never left.. The problem (internally) was that it showed that it had shipped, so it wasn't on the open sales order list.. I just put it in the open order list and will get it out of here tomorrow one way or the other. I sincerely apologize as I honestly thought this left LONG ago.. Rob

We tried to ship it FedEx smart post and had problems getting their system to accept the shipment so it never left.. That is what FedEx's smart post is supposed to be for, shipping to APO's.. It was the first time we tried to use it, and obviously had issues. I will get it sent USPS priority, not a problem at all. I'm sorry for the mixup. Rob

As a note to Rob,

FedEx Smartpost or anything else FedEx, UPS, or DHl tends to have MASSIVE issues with APO's. Just use USPS in the future for APO's and it will alieviate ALOT of issue for ya brother.

Still waiting on the bracket, the pulley on the dc alt isn't the same as the stock, the plug looks slightly different than stock
