So in all I payed about 210$ for the AQ1200D... only reason is because the guy is my friend and is just helping me out. And yes I checked the AudioQue site at first.. I wouldnt have been able to pay 400 something bucks for that 2200 tho.. I still needed the money to pay for installation which I have more than enough of thanks to this great deal on this amp.. is it a good amp for my sub guys?

ya bro i have one, theyre quality amps

at a 2 ohm load it puts out 870 watts

and $210 is a pretty damn good deal.

yeah thats what I thought when he said he could get another Massive audio amp in but was like ill give you this one for 210$ and its 1200watt. So im guessing the guy that will hook up my system will do it 2 ohm?

ya you have a dual 1 ohm bl right? you can either hook it up at .5 ohm or 2 ohm

Wish I had seen this topic sooner. There are a number of amps I would have suggested, but you have one now. Set it correctly and enjoy your new sub woofer.

What would you have recommended? Just curious

So you bought a AQ1200D from a dealer?!

And you got a dual1 sub and you got a amp that's rated for 1ohm?

I guess I didn't read the details when I first posted in this thread, but I would of sugguested other options too.

First finding a amp that's rated to put its power out at 2ohms would of been first.
