Where are you mounting?
Where are you mounting?  Any size constraints?

~30-40* off axis in door. I beleive that I have 3" of clearance. If not I can make 3" of clearance ;)

Morel MDT33s. Best pair of tweeters I have ever owned or heard. Rather expensive and large, but I have yet to find a better compliment to my ear that doesn't cost more than my ear.

Really depends on mounting. I have the 2904 Alpine knock-off and they sound great, but I really think if the world were perfect my M would have had a real logical spot to put a large format tweeter. If you have the room look that way. Also, in tweeters your preference of metal or softer fabrics really makes a difference.

Like I said earlier, mounting is in door, mid level ~35* off axis. Preerence is definatly silk or fabric, but I am open to a nice metal set that isnt harsh to the ears.
