If I went ahead with it, I wouldn't tint it very dark, as I still want the lights to remain functional :trippy:

Looks good man, I'd go for it

Edited by burko

I think it would look pretty good

I say do it man. And if you do go dark, just buy some LED's, that would keep the functionality still up to par my friend.

Yeah I actually ordered some hids and less from sharphid but it was taking a while and they said they had it in stock, etc so I just canceled order and haven't reordered the stuff yet :P

I'm gonna be honest.. The red/white offset of the lights looks great.. I'd keep it stock... It just looks more defined and sexier...

Im still undecided, sometimes I think stock looks cleaner while other times I like the blackness

yea i think blacked out lights look good on black cars.

Plus u run the risk of gettin pulled over by a cop that has nothing better to do

What about the overlays? im not sure if they have it for your car, but the altimas its just tinted around the non-light part of the housing. It looks really nice. Worth checking into

keep it stock.... :-)

Are your stock headlights reflector or projector? If its reflector I would not get a PNP kit like DDM etc.....you actually get less light output because reflector housings arent meant for HIDs. Since you canceled your order I would suggest a mini retro to D2S. I would tint the tails if it were me though. I think it looks good

Ill look into the overlays.

Wish I could afford one man, shit cost too much, wasn't yours like 40k after giving the surgeon a bj?

Approximately how much are those?

I was looking at those pictures for like 5 minutes thinking, WTF is going on here?!?! Finally, my brain turned back on and I realized what was happening. I think the tinted tails look good. The stock ones just seem too bright for me with the color of the rest of the car. However, it's really a personal preference and tinted happens to be mine.

Yupp thats exactly what I was thinking. I would recommend Morimoto and TRS actually (which is where the pic came from I see) I am saving up for a Stage III Bi-Xenon kit ftw

H1 and D2S theyre both complete kits. It is a tad expensive. I would reccomend D2S if possible just for the fact that you can purchase a higher quality bulb. Hidplanet has some info on those kits I would really really suggest you read if you are at all planning on doing a retrofit

I was thinking of modifying my headlight assembly down the road with "any" factory HID glass... I don't have issues modifying/cutting the headlight assembly.. Might get one from a junkyard and fitting the glass in and using the connect from my factory harness.. Trouble is I still have an issue where my low beam on the left side gets no power... :suicide-santa:

CUSTOM CUSTOM CUSTOM....ONLY WAY IT SOULD BE DONE...OTHERWISE YOUR DOING NOTHING.
