i ordered a recone but there is no n2 recone but there is a new single magnet recone so are the soft parts on the btl saucer the same as the new btl n2?

Funny you say that, because between my 2 N2s, they have slightly different finishes on the dust caps... Because I had one of the first N2s, maybe I had the order that split the leftover dust caps from Gen 2s, and the new ones.

Dimensions are the same. My friend has a n2 and he just reconed it with the ufo version recone... Its playing like a champ

The gap height and coil height setup is not the same. All of the parts physically are though.

Any reason for the price increase? I'm sure there's a design feature that probably makes it harder/more costly to build, but would the price difference versus extra features warrant getting the N2 recone over the gen 2?
