alright guys.. what are some good ways to carpet ur boxes.. like techniques.. or whatever.. what matterials do i need to use besides carpet haha ..

spray glue, staple gun ( a good one ) alot of patience, and time... i never keep a box long enuf to carpet it.... go go SPL'er

is the carpet mostly for show? cuz i really dont feel like carpeting it yet

Being you drive an SUV, I'd surely use some carpet. I just buy what is cheap. The fuzzier it is the easier it is to hide the seams.

flat black spray paint :-P it hides the MDF and while it doesn't look good, i don't think it really looks that bad either.

i say go vinyl, carpet just doesn't do it for me.

Vinyl = better looks, but harder to do the first time.
