ideally, what would be a good power range for the ib3 12 inch sub?

550w @ 20hz is the rms on the website, I'd stick to the recommended specifications.

Remember, ib3's are infinite baffle subwoofers. Not designed to be thrown into a standard enclosure.

yes im aware of that...my subsonic is at 25....so would that mean to basically stay under 550 watts...i plan on crossing them over at about 80hz my rms is roughly 450

its going to fire through the ski pass with the magnet in the trunk and my 5 ch. amp under it
