Right now i have a 15 d2 Fi BL its sick... but i cant leave it alone... soooo any opinions on the power handling on 2 Fi BL 15's? and any suggestions on a amp to run both of them on? im thinking about reconing my older Bl but its up in the air for now... so any opinons?

i was looking into the audioque 3500 at 2 ohms but it has 2 runs of power.. seems like alot for 2 ohms... im thinking about reconing my D2 into a D1. i got the universal... still thinking..

used Sundown 3000 or 3500 at db-r.com ?

Recone to get a final 1 Ohm load with the 2 subs.

Another cheaper solution is to buy a second amp like the one you use for now, to run the 2nd sub.

If they're linkable, it's all good. If not, you'll have to gain match the amps.

I'm with Notorious, if you've already got a Sundown or another linkable amp why not just link them? Cheapest solution I'd say

What kind of electrical do you have to support powering two BL's? Do you have the space for the proper box?

bad thing is the amp im using isnt linkable, sooo thats out of the questiion... its a hifonics 1700.1, but i would kill for a sundown 3000.1 i was thinkin about reconing my D2 to a D1 and order and new D1 sub. and run it temp on the 1700.1 i got the big 3 1/0 gauge, with a redtop battery and stock alternater. 125 amp.. . and i want to make a 6cube box for both of them... its going in a show car monte... FYI i won 1st place with my set up with my 1 BL 15 thats why i want another... but need more opinions would be cool.

id say recone to a d1 and get another d1, sell your hifonics amp and go for an aq2200, total cost on mine was $415, give em 1100 watts each and let ur rip. Im going to get a 2nd 12" bl and wire my aq2200 to 1ohm. So how are you liking your bl man, werent you having some issues a few months back when you first got yours? Hows it coming now

its all good... jus a wiring problem i had... but now everything is workn good... i might sell my amp and get a AQ 2200 but im thinkin about wiriing it to .5 ohms... might but stilll thinkn
