Posted July 19, 201114 yr Anyone have the specs for the USA-150 with the long fins on the side? Also Id like to know which input to use when I bridge the amp.I replaced a PG xs2500. I had been running the 2500 with a dcon10d4 at 8 ohms so like 250 watts and I switched over to the 150 and ran the amp at 2ohms. The xs2500 kicks the crap out of the sub. It seems like i have to run the 150 almost to clipping to get it to push a 300 watt rms sub.
July 19, 201114 yr Author Thanks for the ampguts link,.....There are at least 2 different amps on that page though. Im still looking for which input or both to use when bridging and the manual ( not the one thats widely available for a different amp than the ones on the ampguts page )
July 21, 201114 yr Irmc the older USAmps would use the right input when bridging to mono. I have an older USAmps manual and I can verify for sure and post it here for you.

July 30, 201114 yr This installation manual reads"It is necessary to provide inputto both channels when operatingthe amplifier."Just to be sure, I used both inputs when operating the two I have in bridged mode and they worked fine.http://www.usamps.com/technical/pdf/owners_manual%5B1999%5D.pdf Edited July 30, 201114 yr by The Natural
