i see that the dif models have diff outputs but whats the difference between the models? im in the market to buy a new alt, like today (iknow tomorrow is soon as i can) ad i jsut wanna make sure i get the right one for what i need i was looking at the 280 pro???

You need to give people more information to work with. How could anybody possible know what you need when you haven't even said what you're trying to power.

sorry, was multi tasking and forgot to add that,lol anyhow i got a 01 gmc sierra 5.3L iill be running a RF 300.2 (2) audioque 1200d's strapped on a 2ohm laod, (2) continetal xhd-31c batterys

was also wondering if you guys have a vcm or vbcm or similar? ill be running 12v system for next few months,but i plan to switch over to a a 14v system w/ 16.8 charge..

going off the amps fuse raqtings.. eqauls a total of at MAX 300amps which i know i wont be pulling that on music

We don't have anything similar to the VCM or VCBM. The SP/PRO/OEM alternators are compatible with those. The XP and HP alternators are not compatible with them though however.

OK thats cool so whats diff. between sp/pro? depending how long it take to get here id like to order one today!

im assumeing the pro is best suited for me..
