Well I finally got all the wood cut and mocked up the box last night and this damn thing is freakin heavy! Here are some pics.

not a problem. I messed up on the tuning. Its 7.25 cubes tuned @ 37 Hz. My wiring and amp should be here by Friday. The box is finished and I mounted the sub today. Now I just need carpet
