Quick question. What is better having 1 big amp for 2 subs or having 1 amp for both subs that match the sub wattage?

    how about..

    It doesn't matter..

    Just find you an amp or amp combo that matches your setup and goals..

    Unless you have some trickery up your sleeve for competition use, doesn't matter.

    One amp is easier. You don't have to wire a second amp or match the gains. It takes up less space and costs less.
