I looking at putting 4 sa 8's under seat in 99 silverado. I have 2 10's RF T1d4's in there right now in sealed box. Would I gain anything by putting 4 8's in there? I'm running a RF T10001 at 1 ohms . I would probably need more power but if it won't improve or get louder then I'll just keep what I have. I have about 2 cu ft of air space I think , it may be a little more. Just need some opinions. Thanks

probably not too much. i would just run what you have.

4 sa-8s ported would be louder i think but good luck getting enough space.

I'd look at better 10's you don't have the room to port the 8s.

What tens would be better, if I decide to go that way. They would have to work well in a sealed box. I can get another amp if I need to upgrade to match the sub you recommend.

The SSA DCON 10s would do well sealed and they are very affordable.

So you think the dcon's are better than the RF T1's. Those are only 300rms what I have is 600 a piece.

yeah i wouldn't seal the sa-8's, Dcon would be my choice for that setup.

I just cant see the dcon's being better than the T1's. That's half the power handling. I don't think I'll go that way.
