Ive Had Some Kicker 15's For A While And Im Ready To Kick The Hell Out Of Them I Was Just Wanting An Opinion On Which Would Be Better For The Money I Am Upgrading My Amp Into A Planet Audio BB 2400 and all eletrical work is in the process as i type but i was just wondering which one is Bigger Better And BADDER!!!

:WELCOME: to SSA! I would suggest checking out these links and come back with a proper question.

This thread needs to be closed...

Don't take it personal Calvin, but it's like going to a truck show and saying "Which is better Chevy, Ford, or Dodge." And even so, your comparing apples to oranges.

I suggest doing more research about each individual driver and what their each geared for. You'll then make a better decision, otherwise your going to wind up with people saying "xxx is better, its loud in my car, etc."

Seeing that I am the only one outside our build house that has touched the new Icon, it will be hard to find reviews on it yet, unless you found a used one. Not sure why you have a 2.5" coil driver in the comparison.

No one's being hostile, welcome to the forum.

Use the search function for common questions, 9 times out of 10 someone else has already asked it and been answered.

oh i know lol its always hard being a new guy somewhere

Welcome to SSA.

Everyone here was also new to the forum at one point.

Everyone of us is also here to help, and that goes for revising your question as well.

I can answer the question you have now with the following.

Bigger Better Badder?

They're all 15" drivers so not one is bigger than the other.

Better for what? Not every subwoofer does the same exact thing.

Badder? How can it be Better and Badder...

What I'm trying to get at here is you need to be more specific. Look at each description of each subwoofer you stated and pick the one that suits you best. They are all designed differently to accomplish different things.

Look at the power handling of each selection as well, they are all different.

State some goals, and we will lead you in the right direction.

Im Going With Sundown!!!

Not sure what weight has to do with it because look at one of the best subwoofers on the market, BTL N2, motor is made out of neodymium which is far less as heavy as a ferrite magnet but yet it out performs many others in a daily application.

But if it makes a big difference, the weight of the subwoofer can usually be found in the T/S parameters.

So you want Sound Quality and SPL? Doesn't really make sense at all. Those are two completely opposite terms.
