For the foreseeable future I will no longer build enclosures. I have one last bandpass to complete and that will be it.

I will leave this section open until the end of the year. After that I may possibly move to the manufacturer section.

    Average price for a dual 12 enclosure with kerf port and flush baffle. $200 (what others charge)

    Minus cost of:

    Wood $50

    carpet $35

    paint $5

    nails $2

    Carpet glue $10

    Wood glue $2

    Packaging. $5

    Heavy duty terminals $15

    = 124 makes a profit of $76. This doesn't include wear and tear on equipment. Average time from initial dealings with client to getting package ready to ship is 6-8 hours.

    I cant compete with someone that is willing to work for $9- $12 an hour. Not including my vendor fees to SSA.
