I've never had to cross that bridge. but i do stay in compliance so I dont have to rip anything down/out. lol.

Yeah, on my roof, I actually have one layer of damp pro and then one layer of Alpha on top of that, but it doesnt cover the complete edges of the damp pro ( on each side of the square ), so that with my headliner down, one can clearly see, it is 2 layers of sound deadner.
