Obviously more mass to the flexing panels.

Ok check this, we don't have "panel" flex. We have the WHOLE DOOR flexing. And the WHOLE windshield. No way to add mass to any of that and keep the vehicle drivable....

That's quite impossible to prevent all flex, you can only add so much mass before it becomes unusable, some things such as the trunk lid don't need mass. What they need is a firmer locking surface.

Do you have any idea in this demo how much power the Zcon was seeing?

I'm not sure what your voltage was at or how much power that amp gives at w/e voltage you may be seeing while giving this demo.

voltage drops after about 5-6 minutes down to around 13v and it produces 5k at 14v so.. you can do the math ^>^.
