So i didnt realize till after i bought my amp its a 2 channel amp instead of mono. So heres the wiring im going to do

http://a248.e.akamai.net/pix.crutchfield.com/ca/learningcenter/car/subwoofer_wiring/2DVC_4-ohm_2ch-br.jpg

Now i cant understand my amp specs as i dont understand how to fully read them correctly. But there this

300X1 @ 4 ohm

500X1 @ 2 ohm

750X1 @1 ohm

So my question is in the wiring i did how many watts will each sub get? Thanks

Looks like you have a monoblock. Some monoblocks have more speaker connections to make wiring multiple subs easier. Link to exact amp please.

Didn't you buy an AQ750? If so it is mono. If you bought the two d4 DCON's you'll want to wire to one ohm.

But i thought mono amps only have one terminal for both - & +?

with those specs above each sub will get 150 watts.

here is how you read it:

Watts per channel @ some ohm load

so 300x1@4ohm = 300 watts on 1 channel at a load of 4ohms

if I was you I would wire the subs to a 1ohm load! this equals more power!

http://www.the12volt.com/caraudio/woofer_configurations.asp?Q=2&I=42#results

also the above specs are for a MONO amp not a 2 channel amp. Which amp do you have?

Also on ALL mono amps they have 4 output terminals which are commonly internally paralleled for easy wiring/ hooking up of speakers. So don't confuse a mono for a 2 channel based on the number of output terminals! :)

specs for a two channel amp would look like this

125W x 2CH @ 4ohm Stereo

200W x 2CH @ 2ohm Stereo

400W x 1CH @ 4ohm bridged

and specs for a 4 channel could look like this

100W x 4CH @ 4ohm stereo

160W x 4CH @ 2ohm stereo

320W x 2CH @ 4ohm bridged

LOL looks like I spent to much time typing and not enough time waiting!

ya the above amp AQ 750 is a mono amp and what subs do you have? and or how much can they handle?

also what kind a car? build log? and electrical upgrades?

I finally understand that diagram.

Make sure to triple check your work! It can make a huge difference if you make a silly mistake. :)
