Definitely a stupid question but since it isn't specified anywhere I want to make sure that the address I ship my sub to for a recone is the one under the "contact us" link on the front page?

No, I just put a copy of my invoice for the recone payment inside? Do I need a warranty form if I am just shipping it in for a recone that is payed for?
