Posted March 13, 201213 yr I was snooping around the internets trying to find housing and whatnot.... Does anyone know of any FREE sites to browse housing and get all the data for them without having to pay? Specifically looking for foreclosures and bankruptcies ... Anyone with knowledge in this area or can offer some assistance it would be greatly appreciated... THANKS!!

I was searching online thinking it'd be the best place to get it... So, if I want information on different counties for example.. I'd have to visit their municipal building for records???Thanks TIre...

Are you looking to become an investor, or just buy a single house for yourself? Both to be honest, but the latter being most important... I have some monies saved up and some possibly coming to me and I cannot stay at home anymore... Plus getting kinda serious with the lady so might have a +1 ... lol
March 13, 201213 yr All I can say is good luck. I hope you have a LOT of construction experience. That is the only way buying these types of houses is worthwhile. Most are a mess, and the ones that aren't, aren't any cheaper than a normal house.
March 13, 201213 yr If you were closer I could hook you up with an agent who does repo's. Thoses houses go very cheap based on their selling price.
