Order #3273 has said awaiting shipment for awhile what does this mean?

The SSA Xcon is built to order. Once it is finished and ready to ship, we will update your order with tracking info.

Is their something wrong? I ordered on the the 4th and it says 7-14 days build time.

It's been 12 business days, should be done soon.

It usually takes about a month from my experience.

We had a mountain of tracking come in, it will take me a number of hours to get caught up.

Dont worry man it'll be well worth the wait and if it means anything to ya i ordered my icon on the 26th of february and still waiting. But im still super excited

i hate people that ask for updates every 5 minutes if it says 10 to 15 business days just add 5 more just in case because sometimes it actually take 20 business days and plus shipping to arrive at your door
