how should I wire my (2) 12" Mags, for max power? Running off an IA 20.1

The subs are 2ohm DVCs.

Wire up the pair to 2 Ohms.

c'mon nick 1/2 ohm ... daily 2 competitions 1/2 ... they'll handle the powa they some beefy subs

If sealed, I go with .5ohm around 1-1.5 cubes NET.

If ported, I'd go with 2ohms daily... and .5ohms for competition.

Noah and others have more experience with that amp than I do. However, I think that much power on a daily basis (the 1/2 Ohm recommendations) is just sickening. #1) You'll never be using it all and #2) It'll be just stupid loud. I've got a 3200 watt amp being CHOKED by a stock alt and with my seats down it's pretty sick with about 900 watts a sub.

My recomendations were for the pair of drivers Yep, yep...

And We(Doug and I) have 2 20.1s for the SPL car... Love them!

The box is about 1.2 per sub. So Ill wire it to .5 ohms.

I am off tomorrow, so if it doesnt rain, Ill install and tune every thing. If I am satisfied, Ill remove, clean up and carpet the box and amp mount.
