So I ordered my subwoofer after a summer of saving finally. Anyway I never got a UPS tracking number email. It's been 17 day since my order has been sent in along with my money being accepted. Just wondering if I understood what they meant about it. Do I get it when they actually ship my subwoofer or after my order was placed?

Did the same with my last order, I emailed them and asked and received one when it shipped. I wouldnt worry

Okay thanks alot was just wondering what was happening with that

They changed to Fedex and they had a solution for not having this issue..so it doesn't send to you until it ships.

Thanks guys but I came home to a nice big box on my door step no number or anything...oh well haha

Working through the bugs with changing to FedEx. For the first month it wasnt sending out trackers even though the emails and proper boxes were checked. Finally seems all in order and is working proper for past couple of weeks for all newer orders.
