I have 2 18" Zcons I recently got, and I just realized the baskets are slightly different. 1 sub stands a little taller then the other, one basket has the option to be a quad terminal, and has different cooling. Wondering if I can still wire subs together to 1 amp with no worries. All coils read 1.0

whattttt? im tuned in to see what arron or mark have to say about this.

1 could have been resized by someone at home... baskets are baskets for the most part,. the cooling holes being the difference really,

it should be fine,

do you have pics of them?

I didn't buy them new** I bought them locally, and dude was using them with no problem but I think he had them on seperate amps.

if all the coils read the same then it wont matter...... from what you have stated so far, one basket have cut outs below the spider and one does not.......

its fine. if the coils all read the same then wire them up and play... enjoy, people resize subs all the time.

Pics would help. It could just be like the N2 which changed baskets and where the cooling is, and one is older and has the older basket.

It's a Chinese basket vs. an American basket. No difference really.

^^That is what I meant, had I been able to properly say what I was thinking.
