Wondering what you guys think are some good amps with something of this configuration. 1200-1500w @ 2ohm. Class D, mono sub amp, Simple xo would be nice, I like allen-set screws for terminals. Dependable, clean, and consistant on output. Also, something I don't have to spend $800 on.

thanks.

of recent, I have come to like the PG Tantrum 1200.1, mid to low 300 range on ebay, high PG quality and performance

go for a better amp and spend 500$(ebay) on a rockford fosgate 1501bd mono block class D amplifier. amazing power at a great price.

watch out now 2 Stereo intgrity magnums and one of these amps is loud enough to make you go deaf at about 2/3 of your volume control. i would know hehehe

honestly I think those amps are fairly comparable if not going to compete

If like 1200-1300 watts @ 2 ohm is what you looking for a Crossfire 2000DVR isn't bad. Can beforund for like 600-800 on Ebay occasionally and is 900 from a dealer brand new. Great amps IMO. Granted I haven't worked ass loads with PG, of the RF 1501bd yet so...........
