Looks good, try not to use black font though.

better?

Or just the default font color...But yes the red is better.

Was that cut on the CNC? Maybe it's just the picture, but the cut doesn't look very smooth/consistent.

yea, I see what you mean, throughout the cut, I see different width's, and the inside ring doesn't look smooth, toward the top right looking at the picture, just needs to be sanded down it seems, but maybe its the picture.

What speakers and crossovers do you use for the Home Audio section? Can't seem to find it

  • Author

Dayton audio reference and a custom designed crossover, 2 way butterworth and one other type, my brain is blanking, the total cost of the parts alone comes to 96.63 plus my milling time

  • Author

here is the crossover network frequency response based on the designed box

it looks like you are not editing the segments on the radius of the circles and edges.

one in the foreground is edited, the one in the background is not.

ex1-3.png

it may help with a smoother tooling path.

it would if i wasnt just exporting 2d dxf files with polylines, so the programs see it as a "circle" when loaded

machining delayed a few days, i have to wait for a new controller that will improve my machine 10 fold
