November 10, 201212 yr Author its actually better than it looks in the pic, it was cut with the cheap controller board, i have ordered a replacement for it that comes next week that will make it worlds better, thats why im not shipping anything till the following week

November 11, 201212 yr Author Dayton audio reference and a custom designed crossover, 2 way butterworth and one other type, my brain is blanking, the total cost of the parts alone comes to 96.63 plus my milling time

November 12, 201212 yr for the rings and panels and knockdown boxes yes, for the logos no, i use solidworksit looks like you are not editing the segments on the radius of the circles and edges.one in the foreground is edited, the one in the background is not.it may help with a smoother tooling path.

November 13, 201212 yr Author machining delayed a few days, i have to wait for a new controller that will improve my machine 10 fold
November 16, 201212 yr Author still waiting on that control board, tomorrow hopefully, then i can get some demo products milled out for you all, im gonna have a few free samples to be sending out to people
