Looking for a little help with my headunit. I have a Kenwood 400U that powers on and runs fine just when i go under audio setting and try to move some of the settings around they dont do anything. The headunit has a subwoofer on and off option and when i try to turn the sub off with the headunit it still plays. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If it is available, I would update will your Head Units firmware (some higher end Kenwood Head Units will allow you to update it via usb or CD).

Or I'd call Kenwood customer services.. But their customer service sucks dick but it's worth a try.

You are using the volume knob to change between the options then pressing in the volume knob to set?

Update the firmware as Julian said. When I got mine every time I made a Bluetooth call my audio settings would go back to default. I updated it with a cd and now it works as it should.

Also, do you have the rcas in the right place behind the head unit?
