That is something you do through paypal itself. They pay the merchant and you have credit with them.

We are not set up for and prefer not to do bill me later or lay-away type set up's.

If ssa sells on amazon, you might be able to pay with paypal and choose bill me later. I don't recall if amazon allows paypal for payment....
