July 29, 201312 yr iI see absolutely NO point in lifting weights outside of gaining mass needed for sports.Easiest way to stay fit.Assuming someone doesn't like sports it's going to maintain health as someone ages. Stronger bones, especially healthy for women and those who hate milk. It puts off age based feebleness. Makes you smarter than if you didn't to any activity. Helps you Fuck better.Lots of reasons. If you get enough exercise elsewhere, then awesome. Weight training is just easier and faster and in general safer than any sport.

July 30, 201312 yr Just got back from riding in Flagstaff. Rained everyday--trails had lots of traction. Awesome. Pics? I was lazy this year and didn't bring the helmet cam or anything, but I did take one gag shot for my hunting uncles: On one of the trails we came up on a herd of elk, looked like the lines of children exiting schools during fire drills. Must have been at least forty of them.dynamic range

July 30, 201312 yr I actually kept my heels closer and I look higher but all in all that's how I do them...time to ask the gym trainer to take a picture at the bottom of the movement. Next week I'll do them with heels further apart and see how it goes.

Is it BS that it does more harm than good due to the way the body processes it(requires calcium)?
July 30, 201312 yr Milk is just fine for most adults, and a great source of calcium. If you have lactose issues then milk is a bad idea. Europeans have more trouble with milk than your average US citizen from what I understand.Cheese is a decent source of calcium, and a pretty good way to get it in your diet. Yogurt is good too, although yogurt still has some lactose, so it may not fix all issues.
July 30, 201312 yr I never go as low as that guy unless it was warming up with lighter weight.Even when I got my squats up to 750 for 6 I would only go that low with 300 and usually way way less.
