Sweet. I wasn't sure if the plot formatting would be 100%. the math formula is one I've been using for a while, and comes pretty close to winisd, but I don't remember where I originally got it from LOL. Checked cookbook but didn't see it in there.

The Italian Chow choi (sp?) guy on yahoo foods has a good recipe.  Im at work and the recipe is at home but I'm sure you can google, (or rather yahoo) him.
