Done lots of stupid shit over the years that has my lower back in bad shape, but I know my limitations. I will only carry one pack of shingles up the ladder at a time.

Lifting shouldn't swell your joints unless there is a problem.

If you have actually worn the joint out, then it might exhibit some swelling but for people with autoimmune and inflammation disorders lifting moderate to mildly heavy is one of the best things they can do.

Jogging is horrible, walking is ok, but slower movements with resistance help to strengthen joints better than anything else.

 

I've found using knee sleeves helps a whole lot with post lifting inflammation and soreness. Seems to keep my knees from trying to shimmy side to side at the bottom of the squat, but I could be wrong.

The wife talked me into doing T 25 cardo with her today. Lets just put this way, coordination is not one of my talents. Fun and hard for sure, but she may be trying to kill me to collect some money.
