Man I've blown out my back twice in the gm in about 3 months on 2 different lifts. It's not form related. First time was shoulder press machine, this time seated dip machine. I don't know what exactly happens, but I felt like a "compression" in my spine right in between my shoulder blades. The pain runs from that spot, the entire width of my back to my shoulder, and up into my neck. The first time was much worse, it actually ran through my shoulder down into my tricep.

Not sure what the hell that is, but it hurts like hell.

I have a pair of Smart Wool that are ankle cut for hiking boots, and a pair of Fits that are mid calf I really like. However, both of those are "thick". My darn tough ones are super thin and it is perfect for my athletic shoes. I'd like some thinner wools for dress clothes, bit haven't found any.

I did by some JosABank merino wool socks but they were a 10-13 and I have tiny ass feet. They were not comfortable and I didn't even make it out of the bedroom with them on.

Back pain SUCKS

Especially when it's back AND neck. Impossible to sleep since there is NO comfortable position.

Go see a chiro. Might just need some realligning.

Thanks.

Fort Snelling is a good place. The 21 gun salute is tough to hear/see but it is good to have some finality.

I'll never forget 2006/2007. 4 funerals in 8 months, not sure if I could cope with that much again, if I hear about a funeral I keep far-far away.

I personally cannot recommend a chiro, but massage helps.

We saw too many people in the ER from chiro visits gone wrong and I now know 2 people who have had chiropractic strokes.

Chiros are scam artists, nothing more

Helped me out

Not saying they don't help people J.

If you need to go, you need to go. But the amount of chiro patients than end up in the ER was huge. Mayde the worst is visit was due to a stroke.

In my small cross section of life I know 2 people who stroked.

I also know one guy who feels he was healed from a back injury by a chiro. So yes they can help, but the risk is too much, especially when you can see a Doctor of Osteopath and get similar service.

15 days to remove it or a fine of $118 per window. Guess it has to come off, but the guy who did it is getting a phone call Monday when his shop opens.

Clearly all the crime is eradicated in your area then.
