May 15, 201510 yr 80% of my cellar is cab. Some chardonnay, says blanc, an occasional malbec, pinot, and some odd grapes like tempranillo, mouvedre exist as well.
May 15, 201510 yr Chardonnays are undrinkable below 15, cabs below 10, pinot below 25, and say blanc below 8. I am always looking g for the frugal winners

Hence the Bordeaux.Fresh fruity German.Dry yeasty champagne I like Rose champ too.I know you find good reasonable priced wine. Hence my question.I used to drink gallons of merlot. They seem to have changed from woody and blackberry deep flavor to tasting like juice soaked in wood.
