I LOVE this engine! Going to order a forged rotating assembly and shoot for 9K. The current tune cuts out at 7.8 and the bitch still pulls with the Boss intake.

Hopefully I can get next week off and get on a dyno and check the tune fully.

Ordered a Roush grill kit and OEM foglights to move them to the lower corners.

I need to build some ramps too as neither of my low profile jacks fit under the car.

I've never gotten the whole whitecastle thing. They are better than BK or McDs, but their sliders are not all that.

Some buddies and I went to Krystal Burger one late night of a bachelor party on Bourbo street. We promptly began pronouncing it like Cristal to make it sound fancier,and renamed the burger meat, "burger flem" because it was so thin and gross. Ha, about 30 minutes later a buddy bought a round of "hand grenades" which is a big overly sweet alcoholic beverage. Some guys ash form his cig dropped from a second story into my drink. So, unfortunately, I had to throw it away.

152 in morning. It's just amazing how much I have to eat to gain any weight.

It's amazing to me how much I have to cut to lose weight. I've been cutting to about 1500 Kcal (all high quality food) and my weight loss is sloooooow.

Didn't you guys go recently? What places did you end up eating?

My experience was so memorable that I can only remember ONE of the restaurants we ate at.  August.  Even that was mediocre for the few hundred bones it was.  My kids liked it though.

My neighbor just lost 20 pounds in the past 3 weeks.  Down to like 160 or so.  He was complaining that his new "cleanse" diet takes forever to cook for.  I asked him what he was eating and it is all out of some book.  Described what it was, Meat, Veggies, Fruit, and Carbs.  ROFL.  Basically nothing processed.  Said that he and his wife spend 2 hours a day prepping for the next day before bed.

If they allow a cheat day once every few weeks they will be fine.

As for you, look into not only high calorie but long burning foods such as peanut butter, red meat, and a lot of grains. Eat heavy before bed to keep the system full. Especially long lasting protein dense things. Carb loading may help as well.
