March 7, 20169 yr Oh Em Gee, my traps are on fire. 5x5 OHP @ 135lb tonight and a 2 plate deadlift. Was killing it on squat but realized I had an egregious error in my form that was going to rip my knees apart. Deloaded 20% and really focused on the form, feeling much better now.

Those are the same legs that 99.99% of stand up tables are on. Chinese open source so they get used. Getting nicer ones mean you spend way more dough. I looked forever and ended up feeling the Human Solution Uplift was band for the buck the best way to get them. I bought mine without the top and used my old desk. Stability and overall height was my concern. It isn't quite high enough for really stretching out, but close. Operation and controls are nice.

My nephew told me I should us this also, his smells like cherries. I may try some.
March 7, 20169 yr It foams better than anything else I've used which only makes a difference with the canon. Makes it more fun which doesn't suck. I really need a better water source. Iron filter alone isn't enough on my well.
