I also have apples around and that helps when I'm not capable of controlling my sweet cravings.. In making progress on what I consider meager protien intake. I used to force myself into 350ish grams a day. I am not so afraid of losing gains if I go out drinking one night or miss a meal. I try not to, but I don't get dizzy like I used to if it was more than 3 hours and I haven't had >30 grams of protein. 350 grams of protein a day? sounds like alot? unless you are 6 ft or taller and have alot of muscle mass? normally at most you want to eat 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. a better number is really around 0.6 grams of protein per pound of body weight. idk, i feel like theres more to this than i know though :] sry i didnt read much about the situation previously sweet cravings, sugar free gum can work. lasts a decent amount of time, and if mint, can make breath smell good Edited August 3, 20169 yr by Florida_Audio
August 3, 20169 yr 350 grams of protein was just enough at the time. I was 6'2" 265 and had a little bit of muscle. Competing in power lifting at the time so my body was pretty broken down every day. Was losing weight at 6000kcal a day.
August 3, 20169 yr Still waiting for the bid on our house project. Considering it has taken 3 weeks to put together I am scared.

August 3, 20169 yr Seriously? My windows are about what most of my neighbors pay in real estate tax per year although a couple are worse. One is nearly $110k/yr.
