3.5 L EcoBoost 365 hp (272 kW) @ 5000 rpm 420 lb·ft (570 N·m) @ 2500 rpm

Fer real?

And I assume there are good tuners out there to liven them up a bit more...

I have never done cocaine.  Somehow.  Never.

But every song about cocaine makes me feel like I am missing out.....

Get the 5.0.   The Ecoboost engines are nice, but they are all lowend.  The Coyote has the torque and it's powerband keeps climbing well past redline.    Go drive both; you'll see what I mean.  If you want a lighter truck get the 15+.  The aluminum makes for a very nimble truck.

If you were looking at a Cadillac ext I would understand.  Even then th3 GM plasticrap drives me nuts.  If you are going to modify the shit out of something then the GM aftermarket is better

They definitely used way too small of a turbo.  Does mean full boost is early but it's boring.

They're fine in a car platform.  Hell a tune does wonders, but the trucks are just heavy bricks.  They just need more engine.

I would say the same about my 6.2 as well lol.  A bigger turbo on the eco would kill the eco and make them a bit more lethargic from the go but with the right tune would really pull like helll higher

My Lincoln is getting torn up from work.  I need a beater.  I had to drive my Dad's truck last week and had to fill that bitch up 3 times in 5 days.    Need to find something a bit more efficient.

Should get a mustang
