April 10, 20214 yr Ha. Two is perfect. My slip holds an up to 24' boat which means we can do watersports and create general havoc and the garage stall holds the fishing boat. It takes longer to take a cover off a floating boat than it does for me to get to the launch and put it in. Private city launch is a 500 yard drive away. Saves me from having to take out the rods, graphs and cover it. No brainer. With a foot more on both sides and extra length I can leave the motor up and do it without stopping as I get home and no help. That's all I care about for that. I have a hard cover problem though otherwise it would have been bigger

April 12, 20214 yr My guess is Velex is the manufacturer. $60 for that one. $100 and $120 for the other two. There is a Kicker as well that looks the same.... I assume the real brands probably have some slightly higher specifications ont he screen and such, but it will be used solely to stream music from my phone...no amplifier though so I am a bit wary.

April 13, 20214 yr I know...but aren't they all "the same"? ie, my gut tells me these are all the same exact board with a different screen/faceplate. Makes me want to buy the $60 one.

April 13, 20214 yr Chinese company, decides to go direct to market, tons of other stuff match. Tells a story. I had to ask though as I hate the fact that I want that, but I can't rationalize $120 for a Memphis when something darn near identical is $60

April 15, 20214 yr Ordered some Infinity's for the boat. Being there are no lights on the boat and I want to cut as few holes as possible I bought one with built in RGB LED's. Found them on closeout on Ebay for cheap This boat will be the first vehicle I have owned (that isn't my wives) that I haven't put an amp in.
