Didn't take too many shots today. Rode for about 4 hours. It was fuckin' cold. We hit some hills, ran the drag strip, rode a few woods trails (they were really swampy thanks to the rain we had and my son was having a hell of a time keeping his bike up), and ran on the construction if the nearby roads. For some reason my damn phone shut down 3 times I tried taking pics. So I didn't get the dragstrip (old overgrown farmer's air strip) or some of the hills we hit on the construction.

 

Looking from the top of one of our favorite climbs. It is ~40 feet high, a good steep angle, and if you hit it right you get some solid air.

Oh yeah, those too. We got our American Standard...I forget, Champion? from there. Biggest flush valve and trapway (at the time). Have yet to use the plunger on it.

i was also thinking the MS8 because it should be the most simple to set up.. . seems like the mic feedback system is simple.  and would work well.

Auto setup hasn't worked well in the two cars I've heard.

I was not impressed with the MS8. Only way I could get it to approach decent sound was by disabling the auto tune (also happens to remove T/A, which sucks), and spending six months tweaking the settings. Ordered a minidsp, used the xo settings from the MS8 as a starting point, and after an hour everything sounded better--zero compromise.

 

The auto tune on the MS8 in my install made the sound sterile, lifeless, and robbed me of my midbass. Tuning was an absolute bitching having to run through the setup wizard everytime you wanted to change a filter setting.

 

Just my two cents.
