You are making me hungry. Nice way to sellabrate a free car.

Indeed. We went out to celebrate the first month after cutting some bills in 1/3. Lower payment and it will be paid off sooner.

I hate working on Herman bonders! Had one kick my ass for almost 6 hours last night!

I have an iron tha's German and Swedish. OMFG is it a pain in the ass.

At times it seems they enjoy messing with us.

What are they?

J

Ultrasonic bonders, we use them to bond material together.

May be German, but Hermann has a large facility in Chicago that does design as well.  The ones in Germany are usually more accurate though as they spend a lot more on R&D.

Parts come from both depending on the part.

I had two horns arking together which cracked the mounting stud building serious heat.

Because, dubs.

If that is your car, it looks very clean and a nice catch. :)

Must be something in the air this weekend. Last night I had to change out a monster servo and it had to be in a high and tight place. Chain fall and fork extentions were my friend for this 700 pound beast!

Thats a big ole servo.

Yes, our main drive servo's are large and don't go bad very often. Usually the drive goes rather than the servo.

I have not had time to read the details, but I can cut up to 5' wide and 20 guage steel. We put it outside the machine shop to access it better. Just waiting till Monday to be wired up.

Sweet piece of equipment there, bud.

That shop area is extra. I have a machine shop and a large maintenance shop also. All full of goodies. :)

ALso keep in mind I am a clean freak, so when I am in house all shops are ship shape.

Because, dubs.

Almost as clean. And no shifty rims.

Got to get ready for another fun filled day of work and it is soo nice out today. :(

It's in the driveway. I'll have to find a way to upload them!

:-)

I'm so happy to have a simple to and from car.

The in-laws were afraid to offer it because they thought I would be offended. Makes me a little sad that they thought I would be.

It takes so much weight off my shoulders it's amazeballs.

I want a 2+2 in a non-depreciating form with capability for some performance.  Ideas?

Interior sucks here, but the drivetrain is easily mod-able:

Interior needs love and requires an engine swap.  If I found one with an LS in it, I'd buy it pronto:

What else?  Overall buy in ~$30k or less I'd prefer and I have to be able to put 5k mi or so on it a year and not worry about the value changing or any major non-planned repairs.
