It's a Merkur XR4ti.  Basically a Ford Sierra for the states.

 

Iron block 2.3 Turbo that can take a ton of boost.  If there is a rust free body, a donor 5 speed and a new electrical harness, it would be a fun mess around car.  There is a guy local with a few and he tracks one that is just brutally fast.  It might be forced into a classics class as it thumps some of the other more modern 4 cylinder 2 doors in the CDC.  

 

 

 

Iron head too.  Too bad they're so damn heavy though.  I love the Lima for it's never quit durability, but I still favor the Duratec, especially the 2.5 V6 which has a lot of "influence" from Cosworth.

I averaged about 8-10k miles per set on mine. All depending of course on how bald I would run them. If it is an m-sport the camber will be the killer.

So now the only question is do I size for this block...or the next.

Stock 6.2 should peg out a Precision 7675 by 5,200 rpm. While that sounds fun below 5200 I am not sure that sounds nice.

Should have the last cable I need for the carPC. Won't have music if I install it, but will have the capability to rip a tune.

Love it, but it doesn't work with one wire GM stuff Imagine that, GM doing something dumb again. Ugh.

I would LOVE to be rid of my HVAC controls though. A solution for that would allow me to put in a 15" screen if I take that out. Would be the bomb.

It sounds like they basically just invented a different type of Helmholtz resonator. Narrow band absorption based on essentially catching and dissipating rather than reflecting the energy. Exactly what the helmholtz resonator has done for a century.

I got my wife some B&W in ears 2 years ago. Really nice for ~$200, and still working... she is rough on her head phones.

I'm on 5-6 with mine. I'll take a look at the B&Dubs.

Some of the best $$$ I have spent.

Starkey will make custom molds for any earbuds or supply them with drivers.  All depends on what you "need".
