Lol. Nope.

Seth does I bet.

Or Ryan possibly.

I have been intrigued by those STS rigs with the turbo mounted way back.

turbos like heat...rear is bad if you can move it forward

Can you suggest a kit?

I'd suggest not bothering.  Better off upgrading to a different car.

Plenty of LS conversion packages for $2k or so.  Add an $800 scrap yard truck motor and rip for cheap.

I was actually thinking a Barra 4.0.

Mounts and custom headers are off the shelf for the LS.  Plenty of power and ultra cheap in the scrap yards as well.  Your idea is sexier and probably more satisfying but $$$ per HP and resale wise it'll lose out to the readily available option.  Be faster going in and out as well.

Don't get me wrong, the LS is a great engine, but if I am doing a non-stock swap in something, I am doing something not before seen.

I love valium. I wish I could keep stocked up. Cyclobenzeprine on the other hand makes me hate life.

Zanax is better but I don't take them anymore..I had a script for years but stay clear of them now..But i took them like I was suppose to and didn't eat them like M&M's.

Xanax never did a thing for me.  Valium on-the-other-hand was great!

We all win then!

I might have my baby back tomorrow.

The 3 has been nice to park and zip around in crazy parking lots. Small cars can be fun.

You know of a good turbo kit for a chevy 3.4 right of hand?

The only 3.4 worth using is the DOHC variant used in the Monte Carlo/Lumina Z34.  I can't say I have ever seen a "kit" for anything like this.

This is not a daily driver it is a toy/project more less has a strong rebuilt 3.4 for a little v6 anyways..lol has maybe seen 20 miles since I have bought it like a year ago almost..And I do not wan't to do a v8 conversion because I already have plans with two more..lol

Every job is a stepping stone to the next.

Yeah, im also going to college, just a handful of classes till I'm done and earn a certificate in welding, then I can get a job that I like to do and pays better. Taking a Tig class in January; so far I can only run flat beads with Tig, I think it's going to be a pain in the ass,but in a 4 month class, I'll have it down by the end of the semester

Welding can be fun sometimes...I like mig myself..but I never really got into it as much as some of the other courses I had to take in school..

I'm looking more for late 70s early 80s with a steel bumper. If I really could I would throw in a 5.3L 6 speed manual and have a blast

When my girl was out in AZ for thanksgiving her dad picked up an 84.

J

I would like to find another mid 80's iroc..

Car lot up the road has an 87 for 2k.

It is still pointless, going to end up with more in the "kit" than a simple swap.  How many PSI is the engine built for and what is it in?

I am not sure actually it was rebuilt when I got it...It is just for fun to have something different..I am not concerned what I will have in it in the end..

Thanks,

Michael

That is akin to using 6" subs to play bass.

Not worth it.  Not even close.
